Directions:

From I-91 North: Take exit 13 and turn left at the bottom of the ramp.  Travel under the highway to the next light. Turn left on to Rt. 5 south. Palmer Court is a right hand turn approximately 1 mile south, just beyond the Norwich/Hartford town line.

From I-91 South: Take exit 13. At the end of the ramp, go straight on to Rt. 5 south. Follow as above.


The ARCH office is located at #166 Palmer Court in Hartford, VT. There is often someone in the office from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. ARCH's Staff and Board of Directors


ARCH is staffed by our Executive Director, Kirsten Murphy.  Kirsten is also a member of the New Hampshire Autism Commission, the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities, The Family Advisory Board of the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), and the Board of Directors for Pathways of the River Valley in Lebanon and Claremont.  In Vermont, she currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Autism Planning Group under Act 63.  Along with a 20-plus year career in non-profit management, she is a parent with considerable experience in developmental services, special education, and the treatment of autism spectrum disorders.
